We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. We dispatch our orders Monday - Friday, during business hours.

We are experienced in packing and sending ceramics if however, your item arrives damaged please email us as soon possible so we can make things right. 

New Zealand

All of our packages are tracked and we will email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Items are shipped to a physical address only, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International

Please contact us so that we can give you a custom quote for shipping. We ship internationally with New Zealand Post.

Please be aware that you are liable for any customs or import duties (ie VAT) that may be levied in your country. Please refer to your countries customs service website for more information.
